About Us

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. You need the peace of mind a real estate expert can bring to the process. Charles delivers with superior knowledge, an outstanding marketing program, and strong negotiation skills. Charles doesn't just sell homes. His goal is to make a lasting relationship with his clients and their families and friends. He assumes the role of a mentor so his clients can make educated decisions.

Charles is one of the new breed of Realtors utilizing the latest technology to provide his clients with the latest, up-to-date listing information and at the same time, maintaining a personal touch.

Being people oriented, Charles enjoys working with the full range of buyers, first time to well seasoned. He has a mentors spirit and is very well suited to the task of educating the first time buyer, helping to ease the anxiety usually associated with that “first home” purchase.

Married since 1975, Charles has two grown children. He lives with his wife and Nikho, his faithful Siberian Husky, companion, marketing manager and advertising model (see sales literature).

Charles has been associated with Keller Williams Real Estate, Montgomeryville, Pa. since this office opened in August of 2003. Prior to that he was with their sister office, Keller Williams Real Estate, Blue Bell, Pa.

Licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs as a Real Estate Sale Person, he serves a wide geographic area centered around Quakertown, Pennsylvania where he has resided since 1991. This area includes Upper Bucks, Upper Montgomery, Eastern Berks, Lehigh and Lower Northampton Counties.

Real estate related organizational memberships include the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), the Montgomery County Association of Realtors (MCAR), Trend MLS which provides access and listing services for the vast majority of houses being sold in the counties of Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Berks Counties and the Lehigh Valley MLS, which services Lehigh, Northampton and Monroe Counties.

As an effective leader in industry prior to his entry into real estate, he worked for companies like UNIVAC, in the early days of the computer revolution and was CEO/CTO of Omni Scan Systems, Inc. for almost eight years, where he designed highly specialized computer control systems for several leading Fortune 500 companies. While senior systems engineer with Padcom, Inc. he was team leader and co-inventor of a multi-network, wireless communications platform, protected by an international patent which he co-authored. Now he uses his people skills and project management experience to make sure your real estate transactions progress as smoothly as possible.

His favorite hobby is piloting his 1964 Piper Cherokee 140, single engine airplane which he keeps at the Quakertown Airport in Milford Township, which he makes available to all his clients for those extra special aerial photo shots.
